2. How do I book a service with Ark Spaces?
Start by filling out the enquiry form on our Contact Us page. After you submit the form, we will review your information and, if applicable, send you details about our services and available options. For tiered service clients, we will then schedule a telephone consultation to further discuss your event needs.
3. How do I make a payment?
Payments are processed upon agreement of the client contract. We accept various payment methods, which will be detailed in the client agreement.
4. How far in advance should I book Ark Spaces for my event?
We recommend booking our services at least six months in advance for ease and optimal planning. However, depending on the size and scale of your event, planning can be conducted within a three-month window. Early booking ensures availability and a well-executed event.
5. What types of events does Ark Spaces specialise in?
We specialise in creating bespoke, high-end birthday celebrations but are open to a range of events with enough clarity and guidance. Our experience and creativity are tailored to events that require a personal touch and a keen attention to detail.
6. Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes, our initial consultation will be conducted remotely via telephone. This allows us to conveniently connect with you and ensure a personalised planning experience.
7. Can I change the date or details of my event after booking?
Changes to the event date or details after booking can be discussed, but flexibility may vary depending on the tier of service chosen. For Tier 1 services, where you have full control, changes are at your discretion. For other tiers, adjustments may require further discussion and agreement.
8. What is the process after the consultation?
After the initial consultation to understand your event needs, we will provide a comprehensive summary document outlining recommendations and necessary steps. This ensures we are aligned with your vision and provides a clear plan for moving forward. Please note that not every request is accepted, either due to capacity limits or if we feel we cannot meet the requirements. We prioritise quality service for our clients.
9. Do you work with specific vendors, or can I choose my own?
Our vendor selection process prioritises quality, ease, and affordability. We do not have pre-established vendor relationships, however, we will provide recommendations. If you have specific vendors in mind, we are open to incorporating them into your event, provided they meet your criteria for service and reliability.
10. Do you provide personalised event media and materials?
Personalised event media and materials are not included in our services. We do not design or provide these materials. Instead, we offer platforms and ideas for you to create and purchase these items yourself. We can suggest concepts and provide guidance on what might complement your event theme effectively.

12. What does Tier 1 include?
This includes an initial consultation where we will discuss your event vision and objectives. Following this, we provide a comprehensive consultation summary document. This document will outline your chosen idea and theme, and include recommendations for vendors, logistics, and troubleshooting to help you execute your event successfully. Please note that Tier 1 does not include a detailed event timeline; the timeline is at your discretion.
13. Do you offer discounts or packages?
At this time, we do not offer discounts or packages. Our services are designed to be tailored to your specific needs, ensuring a personalised approach to each event.

What event themes are currently available in the General Research Document?
At the moment, we offer two thoughtfully curated event themes:
